# Featured Fence Installation: Fred G. from San Leandro, CA

Fred was looking to install a new fence in his yard and started to search for contractors. He contacted multiple companies in the Bay Area, including us.

### Project Specifications

**Fence Style:** 7' and 3.5' Picture Frame with Board-on-Board Pickets and 1' Diagonal Lattice
**Fence Material:** Con Common Redwood
**Length:** 75 Linear Feet
**Installation Date:** January 7th, 2020

While he mentioned that we weren't the lowest bid he got, he ultimately went with us because of our great reviews on [Yelp](https://www.yelp.com/biz/ergeon-oakland-3) and other sites like [HomeAdvisor](https://www.homeadvisor.com/rated.ErgeonOakland.72958299.html). Once he began talking to Nestor, one of our project managers who personally handled Fred's project, he knew he made the right choice.

Fred said, " _Nestor was great with communication and kept me apprised of scheduling and when the team would start construction of my fence._"

David (the installer) and his crew showed up on the morning of the installation day and finished installing the new fence by mid-afternoon. Fred also mentioned that the crew had, " _cleaned up and removed ALL debris and construction trimmings from my property._"

Because Fred's fence partially covers his front yard, it changes from 7' tall to 3.5' tall in order to meet regulations for fences in a front yard for his specific area.

#### Front Yard View

Reflecting on his new fence, Fred said, " _The crew was outstanding! I give them a 10! The fence looks as perfect as you can make it._"
