The team had to dig the new post holes by hand, very hard work on a 90° day. As the fence was to be 4 ft tall, each plank had to be cut by hand. They were very careful working around infrastructure that could not be moved. The team did a fantastic job and the fence is beautiful. Both l and my neighbor are very pleased”

I experienced one concern, but they made good and corrected the flaws right away when there was a couple of corners not properly tacked down and one seam that was not properly tacked down. As soon as I sent the photos of the issues and informed them of my dissatisfaction, they rescheduled the return right away and made the needed corrections. they did not charge me until I was 100% satisfied. It's only been about a week since the install but so far so good. We've had a ton of rain storms, and the turf is holding up just fine. everybody at Ergeon was helpful and communicative and friendly.”
